SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

Coaching is delivered primarily by phone one on one at prearranged times to suit you and your coach, its easy you can call your coach from anywhere. We have a range of tools and resources we use to ensure we get the most out of our time together, Your coach is also available for you if you want to share a win or a challenge that has cropped up between sessions that you need help on immediately, we ask that you limit these calls to 5 minutes or so and don't abuse this extra service. Your coach is also available to look over any material you might like feedback on between sessions via email - we guarantee a personal response from your coach within 24 hrs.
